How to Connect and Manage Multiple Airbnb Accounts

This article aims to walk users through the steps in connecting more than one Airbnb accounts to Mashvisor's Dynamic Pricing tool.

Managing multiple Airbnb accounts on Mashvisor’s Dynamic Pricing tool is possible and quite easy.

Step1: Click on Manage Account

On the Dashboard, click the Manage icon on the sidebar. Under Dynamic Pricing, click on Manage Accounts to link your Airbnb accounts and customize each of its settings.

If you still have no linked Airbnb accounts, click on Add Accounts on the top right of the page. It should take you to the page that will let you connect your Airbnb account to Mashvisor. Click Link Your Airbnb Account.

Upon clicking, you will be asked to grant permissions to the Channex Test App. Just tick the box and click Allow.

Mashvisor’s Dynamic Pricing tool will take the time to analyze the Airbnb account you’re trying to link first.

Once the account has been analyzed, you will see it listed on the Manage Account page. From there, you can choose which account you want to work on and update.

Step 2: Repeat Until You’re Done

Depending on how many Airbnb accounts you have or wish to connect to Mashvisor’s Dynamic Pricing tool, just repeat the process until you’re done.

Refreshing an Account

Over time, you may want to import a new listing to your Mashvisor account. Or, you may have disconnected your Airbnb account or listing and want to reconnect it to Mashvisor’s Dynamic Pricing tool. To accomplish either of these, you can refresh your account by following the steps below:

Refreshing an Existing Account

Refreshing an already connected account is needed under the condition that you are importing properties that weren’t previously imported to your Mashvisor profile.

If you don’t refresh your account and simply go with the normal link flow, the import process will not be successful and you will receive an error message.

Here’s how you refresh an already existing account:

Step 1: Go to Manage Account and choose the account you want to import the property from. Click on the Refresh icon so the system can analyze and get all of the properties within that account. Select the unimported properties and import them to your profile.

Step 2: Once you have imported the new properties, go to My Listings to see the newly imported properties.

Once done, the number of listings for that account should already include the newly imported property as part of its listings.

Refreshing a Disconnected Account

Step 1: To check if any of your Airbnb accounts or listings have been disconnected from Mashvisor’s Dynamic Pricing, go to Manage Account and check the connection status.

Step 2: Click on the Refresh icon along the disconnected account’s row. A pop-up window will appear. If you’re pushing through with the refresh, click OK.

Important Note: If you decide to proceed, all of the account’s imported properties will be removed from the server.

Step 3: Link your disconnected Airbnb account again by going over the steps of connecting an Airbnb account to Mashvisor’s Dynamic Pricing tool.

Step 4: Once the connection has been reestablished, import any property you want as you normally would.
