With Mashvisor’s Dynamic Pricing, we make sure that you feel secure in connecting your Airbnb account. For this reason, we’re working with one of Airbnb’s trusted partners, Channex.io, to ensure that connecting your Airbnb account with our platform will be the least of your worries.

Getting started and using Mashvisor’s Dynamic Pricing tool is easy. Before automating your prices, you will first need to set-up the ins and outs of your pricing strategy.

Here is a simple step-by-step guide to linking your Airbnb account and importing your listings:

When you get to your Dashboard, click on Manage, the one with the chart icon, on the sidebar.

Clicking on it will open another bar with the following options:

Click on Dynamic Pricing. Three options will drop down:

Click on Link Account to connect your Airbnb account to your Mashvisor account. Once the page opens, simply click on Link Your Airbnb account to begin the process. If you have multiple Airbnb accounts you want to link, you can do this as many times as you need.

Please note that if you don’t have a unique Airbnb password for your account because you used Google to log in, you need to create an Airbnb password. You need this Airbnb account password to connect to Mashvisor’s Dynamic Pricing tool.

If you don’t have an Airbnb password, click on the Create a Password link at the bottom of the empty fields. It will take you to Airbnb’s Help page so you can create your unique Airbnb password.

As part of our security measures, you will be asked to confirm your identity once you’re already connected. This ensures that you are the one asking to log in and not an impersonator. This security process gives you greater confidence that your Airbnb account is safe with us.

To confirm your identity, just fill out the required information and press Get Code. A code will be sent to your email address or phone, depending on which one you chose. Once you get the code, enter it and click on Confirm.

The connection process may take some time depending on the number of listings on your Airbnb account. To connect your Airbnb accounts and import your listings, access the Link Account button from the page’s sidebar navigation. You can link and manage multiple Airbnb accounts this way.

Enter your Airbnb login credentials and click on the Link Your Airbnb Account button.

Note: Once you have linked your account, you will only be able to manage your listing’s calendar on Mashvisor.

Once done, you will be redirected to an Airbnb permissions or login screen—depending if you are already logged into Airbnb or not.

If you are already logged into your Airbnb account, grant permissions to the system by ticking the empty box and clicking Allow. This lets you easily import all the properties associated with the Airbnb account.

Once access has been granted to the system, Mashvisor’s Dynamic Pricing tool will analyze your account and show the list of all the properties that you can import into our tool.

Select the properties you want to import by ticking the checkboxes beside each listing. Then, press the Import button. All of the imported properties should now be listed in the My Listings section.

Take note that if you have multiple Airbnb accounts, you will need to log out of the account that you’re currently using so you can log back in using a different account.

If you want to unlink your Airbnb account from Mashvisor’s Dynamic Pricing tool, simply follow these steps:

Step 1: To unlink your account, log in to your Airbnb account, click on your profile image, and select Account.

Step 2: On the Account page, click on the Privacy and Sharing button. You will see under the Services tab that you are connected through Channex.io. Click on the Remove Access link to disconnect the account.

Step 3: A confirmation box will appear. Click Remove Access and follow the instructions and proceed accordingly.
