Once you’ve added one or more rental listings from other platforms to Mashvisor’s Vacation Rental Property Management tool, you can now view and share a list of all your properties in the Listings tab in the left-side menu.

So, let’s click “Listings” and see what sort of info can be seen and shared through this feature.

As you can see, the Listings page is a simple and effective list for viewing or showcasing all the rental listings that you own or search through them based on specific criteria.

On the left side of the list, you can see the basic info of each property listing including its title, its address, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as the type of rental property.

The middle column shows the status of the property whether it’s currently connected or not, and allows you to disconnect a property if you no longer want to view it in your listings.

Finally, the Channel column on the right side of the screen shows you which platform this property is listed on.

In our example, you can see that the property is listed on Airbnb as indicated by the Airbnb logo. However, it is possible to have a property that is listed on multiple platforms at the same time, in which case you will see multiple logos next to the property on the Listings page.
