Before you can take advantage of any of the features offered by Mashvisor’s Vacation Rental Property Management tool, you’ll first need to connect your online booking platforms accounts to enable the integration.
To do that, you need to click the Channel Manager tab in the left-side menu:
On the bottom right side of this screen, click the green Get Started button.
This will take you to a page showcasing all the online booking platforms that Mashvisor’s tool can integrate with, which includes:
Airbnb.
Booking.com.
VRBO.
Expedia (coming soon).
Google VR (coming soon).
Agada (coming soon).
The page also includes the Calendar Sync feature which is connected to the Multi-Calendar tab of the tool.
When you click “connect” on any of the platforms, you’ll be directed to a page prompting you to log in to the platform you want to connect, similar to how it would work whenever you’re connecting a Google account.
The page will also include the terms and conditions related to connecting your accounts and the type of access and information that will be shared between the two platforms.
Once you have a connected platform, the green button will change from “connect” to “view rentals”.
In our example, we already have a connected Airbnb account, so we’re able to click the “view rentals” button to go to the next step of adding a new listing.
When you click “view rentals” on the previous page, you will be taken to this page where you have multiple things you can do:
Link additional Airbnb accounts.
Add rental listings directly from Airbnb.
Edit individual listings that are synced through Airbnb.
Disconnect listings.
Sync rental listings from Airbnb and other platforms in bulk.
Additionally, on the left side of this page you can see all the other online booking platforms and whether they’re connected or not, allowing you to quickly switch between each platform’s listings to manage them with ease.
In our example, we have already added one property listing from Airbnb that we can see in the list.
This could be achieved in two different ways:
When you first connect your account to another platform like Airbnb, you will be asked if you’d like to share your listings with Mashvisor, which will automatically sync any listings that you have on Airbnb so you can view and manage them through Mashvisor.
By clicking the “sync your properties” option on the right side of the screen, you can sync all of your listings from one or multiple platforms at once so you can see them on Mashvisor.
