To access Mashvisor’s Vacation Rental Property Management tool, you’ll need to first log in to an active Mashvisor account and click Go to Dashboard on the top right corner of the screen.
Once on Mashvisor’s Dashboard page, click the Manage tab on the left-side menu.
This will expand the section to show the different features that the tool offers in the following order:
Inbox: this is a central hub for managing all guest communication from various channels.
Multi-Calendar: this is a centralized view and management system for all your properties’ calendars.
Listings: this is where you can create and manage detailed property listings to showcase your rentals effectively.
Dynamic Pricing: this feature gives you up-to-date suggestions for your rental rates based on market data analysis.
Channel Manager: this feature streamlines listing and management across popular online booking platforms and integrates calendar applications.
