The Heat Map is a feature that is exclusive to subscribers of the Professional and Expert plans, and it is not available to subscribers of the Basic plan.

The Heat Map feature allows you to activate a colored overlay on the map that shows you how the different areas on the map are performing based on the metric you have chosen.

You can use the green-red heatmap, or switch to a monochromatic color that may be easier for some users. The color that are used will range from green to orange to red, with green meaning high and red meaning low, or dark blue representing higher/better value vs light blue for lower values, if you switch to the monochromatic version.
