On the Property Page, the user will be able to see info related to the current owner of the property, including their name, address, email address, and phone number.

While this might seem like a very small section of the page, it's actually one of the more valuable info to learn when you're considering purchasing the property or learning more about it.

Contacting the current owner of the property can help you learn about certain features about the property, the area or neighborhood, and several other aspects that can't be found anywhere else. The owner of the property will typically have the best knowledge-base about the property and its performance, and what it requires to make it succeed as an investment property, or even the types of tenants who are usually interested in the property and any regular tenants who rent the property on a yearly basis, for example.

However, it must be noted that not all properties listed at Mashvisor will have the Owner Info part filled out. There are a number of cases related to the Owner Info that must be addressed. These include:

1- If you're not logged in to the platform
2- If the owner info is not complete
3- If the owner info is empty

​1- If you're not logged in:

If you're not logged in to Mashvisor using a paid account, you won't be able to see the contact info for the current owner of the property. In this case, the only way to see this info would be to subscribe to Mashvisor. If you don't have an account with Mashvisor, you can easily create one by visiting our checkout page.

​2- If the owner info is not complete:

Sometimes, you might encounter properties with the owner info section being incomplete. In the example above, you can see that the contact info for the owner is filled out. However, the info is missing the image and the name of the current owner.

In this case, we have acquired the contact info for the current owner, but the source did not provide us with an image or the full name of the owner, so we cannot list them. The best way to learn this info would be to contact the owner and ask them about their name or meeting them in person or via a video call to see what they look like (if it's important for you).

In other cases, such as the image above, the owner info might include the full name of the current owner, and/or their photo, but the contact info might be missing.

In this case, you can request the contact info of the current owner by clicking on the "Request owner email/phone number" links as shown in the image above.

This will send us a request to obtain this info and update the profile to include it. This process might take a couple of days, and you will receive a confirmation email once the info has been updated.

3- The owner info is empty:

In some cases, the owner info section might be completely empty, and it will not show any info about the current owner, as illustrated in the image above.

In this case, and similar to the previous case, you are able to request the owner info by clicking on the "Request owner info" button as seen in the image above.

Once the info has been obtained and updated on the Property Page, you will receive a confirmation email from us that the Owner Info has been updated so you can visit the page again and see the info and contact the owner if you're interested in purchasing the property.
