Currently, Mashvisor only covers the U.S. housing market. However, we do plan on expanding to other markets in the future, with the main candidates being Canada and European countries.

Our data coverage is focused on highly populated areas and metropolitan cities. We have hundreds of thousands of property listings in these markets, which means our data accuracy is at its highest in these areas as the more listings we have the easier it is to build predictive analytics and provide projections.

However, it doesn't mean that we don't cover smaller areas as well. If you run across an area that you're interested in but find that we're lacking data for, please let us know and we'll gather more data to provide for that area. Since this process can be time and resource consuming, we try to do it based on demand.

So, if you're looking to get the most accurate data out of our platform, you will find big hot cities with high numbers of listings to be the most accurate in terms of data and projections. If you're looking to invest in smaller areas, towns, and villages, and you can't find enough data on our platform, make sure to email us at [email protected] with the area that you're interested in and we'll populate it with listings and inform you as soon as it has been updated.
