​How to Find Multi-Family Homes

To search for multi-family homes, all you have to do is go to the search page on Mashvisor and activate the multi-family homes filter from the More Filters tab on the top right side of the screen:

This will activate the filter, which will filter out any properties that are not multi-family homes from the search results.

Keep in mind that you can have multiple property types active at the same time, so if you're interested in multi-family homes as well as condos, for example, you can check both property types to narrow down your search and only include the properties that you're interested in.
