API Pricing & Trials

Learn how Mashvisor API pricing works, how to start a trial, what API credits mean, and how to choose the right plan for your use case.

Written by Mashvisor Advisor

Mashvisor offers API plans for developers, investors, PropTech teams, real estate companies, and businesses that need real estate and rental data inside their own tools, dashboards, CRMs, or workflows.

Our API plans are designed to support different usage levels, from testing and early product development to larger commercial and enterprise data workflows.

Where can I see API pricing?

You can view the available Mashvisor API plans here:

The pricing page includes the available plans, monthly or annual options, and the number of API credits included with each plan.

Can I start with a trial?

Yes. It's available on the pricing page, you can start with a trial to test the API before choosing a paid plan by choosing the FREE plan.

A trial is useful if you want to:

  • Test data coverage in your target markets

  • Review available endpoints

  • Check sample API responses

  • Validate your product workflow

  • Estimate how many API credits your use case may need

What are API credits?

API credits are used when you make requests to Mashvisor API endpoints.

Different workflows may consume different numbers of requests depending on how your application is built. For example, looking up one property, pulling rental analysis, finding comps, or searching listings may each require separate API calls.

You can always review your API key and credit usage from your developer dashboard:

How do I choose the right API plan?

The best plan depends on your expected usage, markets, and data needs.

Before choosing a plan, we recommend thinking about:

  • How many properties or markets you need to analyze

  • Whether you need short-term rental data, long-term rental data, or both

  • Whether you need property-level data, market-level data, or comps

  • Whether your workflow runs occasionally or at high volume

  • Whether you need API access, bulk data, or both

If you are still testing, start with the smallest plan or trial available. If you already know your expected monthly volume, choose the plan that gives you enough credits for your workflow.

Do you offer custom or enterprise pricing?

Yes. If your use case requires higher volume, selected zip codes, bulk enrichment, custom datasets, or a large-scale API workflow, our team can review your requirements and suggest a custom option.

For custom pricing, please share:

  • Target cities, states, or zip codes

  • Required fields

  • Estimated monthly volume

  • Whether you need API access, bulk files, or both

  • Your expected launch timeline

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. If your usage grows, you can move to a larger plan or discuss a custom setup with our team.
