To export the Excel sheet report for a neighborhood's data on Mashvisor, please follow these steps:
Step 1: On Map Property Finder, type the neighborhood you’re researching in the search box. The export feature doesn’t work on a city-level search.
Step 2: Select the type of properties that you want to export in a report from the three tabs on the left-side panel.
Investment: Properties listed for sale regardless of their type or status.
Airbnb Comps: Rental properties listed on Airbnb (short-term rentals).
Rental Comps: Rental properties not listed on Airbnb and rented out traditionally (long-term).
Clicking on these tabs will change the search results to only show the respective properties.
Step 3: Apply your preferred filters to display only the properties you wish to see.
Step 4: Click the Export button in the upper right part of the page.
Step 5: A window asking you to choose your export option will pop up. Export All Data will download all the properties from our database, disregarding your filters. Meanwhile, Export Filtered View will only download the properties that meet your set filters.
