When looking for your next investment property or analyzing comps, you likely already have certain criteria in mind. You're also likely to select the same filters every time you use Mashvisor's Map Property Finder.
To save our users' time, Mashvisor now lets you save filter combinations so you can set them in two clicks on your next search.
How to save filter combinations:
Go to Map Property Finder.
Enter your preferred city or neighborhood in the search box at the top of the page.
Add the filters you need to narrow down your search.
Once you've added the filter combination you want to save, click Save Filters in the upper-right corner of the page.
Assign a name to your new filter preset, then click Save.
How to enable your saved filter:
On Map Property Finder, click the downward arrow icon beside All Properties on the upper-right corner of the page to open a dropdown list.
Click on the filter preset you wish to use.
If you want to see all the listings again, click the same downward arrow icon and then select All Properties at the bottom of the dropdown list.
How to rename saved filters:
Click the downward arrow icon to open the dropdown list of your saved filters.
Hover your cursor over the filter you wish to rename, then click the blue pencil icon across from it.
Type in the new filter's name, then click on the blue checkmark icon to save.
How to delete a saved filter:
Click the downward arrow icon to open the dropdown list of your saved filters.
Hover your cursor over the filter you wish to delete, then click the red trash icon at the very end of the row. Note: Make sure that you are hovering over the correct filter, as there will be no window to confirm that you wish to delete your selected filter.
