When doing analyzing your competition, it's best to find existing short-term rentals with characteristics similar to yours, including their amenities. This is why Mashvisor added an Amenities filter.
How to use this feature:
Go to Map Property Finder, under Find & Invest.
In the search box at the top of the page, enter the city or neighborhood where you want to invest.
Select Airbnb Comps.
Click More Filters.
On the Filters pop-up sidebar, click the +Add button across Amenities.
Go through each amenity on the list and select Yes, No, or Doesn't Matter.
When you're done, click Apply Filter.
This will display Airbnb comps with the amenities you selected Yes and Doesn't Matter.
