Mashvisor's Agent Profiles

Mashvisor's agent profiles aim to help real estate agents advertise their business and reach a wider audience by enabling our user-base of real estate investors to easily look for, find, and contact real estate agents who are working with properties that the investor is interested in purchasing.

Our agent profiles are unique in their simplicity and design, and they include an option that allows the agent to publish their own blogs and articles which our users can read, as well as an option that allows the user to rate the agent based on their experience with them.

This can be invaluable to real estate agents who are looking to grow their businesses and acquire new leads based on the quality of their work and knowledge of the real estate market. The blogs you write will showcase your knowledge and your areas of expertise to the user, and they can help you attract more serious investors who know exactly what to expect from working with you and who are ready to commit and to close the deal.

Do you have an outstanding blog post that you would like people to read? Let us know and we will even share your blog with all of our users, along with a link that leads them back to your profile so that they can contact you to work with you, or give you a positive review based on the content that you wrote.

How to Claim Your Agent Profile

Currently, in order to visit the agent profiles page and claim your profile, you need to follow these simple steps:

1- Go to the Agent page

Go to the Home Page on Mashvisor, then scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will find a grey box containing links to our different pages.

Under Directories, click on Agent, which should take you to the agents page:

This will take you to the agents page, which looks like this:

To claim your profile, you first need to find it.
You can find your agent profile by using the filters on the page:

After selecting your state and city, you will see a list of agent profiles that belong to the agents in this city.

You can use the search bar on this page to search for your profile by name:

This should allow you to find your personal agent profile. Clicking on it will take you to your profile page:

2- Claim Your Profile

On your Agent Profile page, the first thing that you will want to do is to claim your profile.

You can do so by clicking on "Claim Profile" as shown in the image below:

Please note that clicking on this will not give you immediate access to the profile.

This will send us a request that you're trying to claim your profile. It typically takes us a few hours up to a week to review the requests and to make sure that the person who is trying to claim the profile is the actual owner of the profile before we can approve it.

Once we approve your claim request, you will be notified by email that your request has been approved so that you can start filling out your profile.

3- Fill Out Your Profile

In order to gain the most value out of your free agent profile, it is highly recommended to fill out all the necessary information in the About section of your profile.

The information that needs to be filled out in this section includes:

  • First/Last Name

  • Title

  • Agency

  • Real Estate License Number

  • Years of Experience (the date you started your business)

  • Areas Served

  • Agent Specialties

  • Agent Experience

  • Summary

As you can see, these are all information that are necessary to help investors learn more about you in order to decide whether they want to work with you or not.

To start filling out your info, click on "Edit this Profile":

Then start filling out your information in their designated fields:

You can also change your Profile Picture to make yourself more recognizable by our users.

To change your Profile Picture, click on the blue button next to the profile picture and upload your photo to your profile:

On the page, you will also see a "Blog Posts" section. You can use this section to write and share your own blog posts on your profile, which can also attract more investors to your profile and help you gain additional positive reviews.

4- Active Properties & Reviews

The final two sections of this page are also very important, and they include a list of your active properties in this city, as well as your rating based on the users' reviews.

Of course, we highly recommend that you should try to get as many positive reviews for your profile in order to increase your chances of being found by our users and to increase the chances of them contacting you to help them with their investments.

5- Final Notes

Please note that the current design of the Agent Profiles is subject to change and improvement at any time.

Don't hesitate to reach out to [email protected] if you have any suggestions or feedback, or if you're facing any issues with your Agent Profile.
