The Expenses section of the Property Page is where you can see and modify the different One Time Startup Costs and the Recurring Expenses that will incur upon investing in the property.

The values represented in this section by default are based on the average costs and expenses for the area or market that the property is located in. It is recommended that the user should do some research and modify these values and/or add new types of expenses that are more accurate for the specific property they are inspecting in order to get the most accurate and realistic calculations and results.

Please note that any changes made to the Recurring Expenses part of this table will be immediately reflected in the Rental Strategy Overview calculations of the Cash Flow, CoC, and Cap Rate.

Any changes made to the One Time Startup Costs will also affect the CoC calculations.
